Fix for Adobe Flash not Working In SMART Notebook

If you are unable to use any Adobe Flash resources in SMART Notebook 11 such as Gallery Multimedia items or Lesson Activity Toolkit items, you are probably running a version of Flash that is not compatible. 

How to Fix:

Downgrade Adobe Flash Player from version 11.9 to 11.8…

1. Using your web browser, download the Adobe Flash Uninstaller.
2. Run it and follow instructions.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Using your web browser, download and run Adobe Flash ActiveX 11.8.800.168
5. Using your web browser, download and run Adobe Flash Plugin 11.8.800.168
6. Restart your computer.
